Of course! We prefer buyers message us BEFORE making their purchase. We'll do our best to help, and tell you if we can't. We'd rather you not buy something than ship you an item you can't use. Send a message to [email protected] and we'll see what we can do.

How long before my order ships?
We do our best to pack and ship your order within two business days, though our average is one.

How will my order ship?
Smaller items generally ship via USPS first class mail. We use USPS priority mail insured for larger, high value items. In some cases we will ship from multiple locations. In those rare occasions you will receive separate tracking numbers for each.

When will I receive tracking information?
A delivery confirmation or tracking number is sent by email directly from the shipping agent as soon as the label is generated to ship an order.

What is your return policy?
To offer best prices on obsolete items we generally do not accept returns. The return policy specific to each item is written in their listing.
We will always do our best to help you with the item you've purchased from us.
Those shopping on our site should be trained professionals familiar with how to use the items they're purchasing. We can provide light guidance on installation and use but will always refer to the manufacturer for service or support. Many of the items we sell are still covered by manufacturer's warranties. Before considering accepting a return we will ask for proof that you've contacted the manufacturer.

But this item is not working. How do I return it?
Are you sure? 99% of the items we sell are unused. Some we test before we ship. Just because an item doesn't work for your application doesn't mean it's not working. Send us a message and we will work with you to process an exchange.

If an exchange is impossible and a refund is warranted we will deduct shipping, advertising and listing (up to 5.9%) , and cost of credit card processing ($0.30 + 2.9%, or $0.49 + 3.49% if PayPal). These outfits do not refund those fees, so we must deduct that cost.

Why are you so mean?
We’re actually quite nice! Well, at least we think we are.
We are not Amazon. We are not Costco. We’re not Target either. Your purchase is not a drop in the bucket of billions of dollars in sales, and one return, on average, costs us more than profit (if any) on the previous three sales. We could process returns and refunds all day long, but then we’d have to charge more. And that’s not what we’re trying to do here. Our main goal is to get obsolete stock off solar distributors’ shelves to those who need them at fair and reasonable prices. We take a lot of care in getting buyers their orders. We'd expect each buyer take the same care in placing those orders.
